Automatic iron removal filter FFD , complete with coated steel vessel.
The internal lining is made with epoxy coated applied after sand blasting at the Sa3 of the Swedish scale; the external one in polyuretanic acid-proof painting applied after sand blasting as above. The vessels are complete of man-holes, plate with a proper quantity of filter-nozzels made in polypropylene, for water distribution inside the filter.
The filter is equipped with nos 5 hydro-pneumatically controlled membrane valves, to divert the flows during the cycle of regeneration; the valves are interconnected in a manifold mounted on the front of filter vessel.
The media filter includes a layer of special oxiding media, supported by a layer of selected quartz-sand, spheroidal type. A storage tank for preparation of regenerant solution is included.
The media filter are regenerated by using a solution of potassium permanganate (KMnO4)
Two pressure gauges, plumbed on inlet-outlet line, allow to check the pressure drop, while an adjustable gate valve on drain lay allows to ajust the drain flow rate.
Fully automatic control by electronic programmer, according to the following modes
Desalination systems by reverse osmosis. Designed to produce deionized water from drinking water or to produce drinking water from brackish water. Production of treated water up to 30.000 l/h (up to 720.000 l/day)
Automatic dual media (sand) filters. Specially suitable for filtration of water coming from wells or however with turbidity. Strong and reliable are designed for industrial applications or even for huge block or flat. Flow rates up to 40 m³/h (40+40 for Dual models). P max 8 bar
