Softeners series AM F

Automatic softener Nobel mod. AM/F Meter, complete with vessel made in coated carbon steel vessel, internal lining with epoxy coating applied after sand blasting at the Sa3 of the Swedish scale, external one in polyuretanic acid-proof painting applied after sand blasting as above. The vessel is complete of man-holes, plate with a proper quantity of filter-nozzels made in polypropy­lene, for water distribution inside the filter.
The unit is equipped with INLET – OUTLET manifold, including nos. 6 pneumatically controlled butterfly valves, to divert the flows during the several cycle of regeneration. The butterfly valves are complete with pneumatic actuator and driven by the control board, via pilot solenoid valves. The drawing of brine for regeneration will be made by injector, automatically from the brine tank.

The manifold is made with galvanized steel. The butterfly valves are made in cast-iron (body) while the part in tuch with water are made in stainless steel (disc) and EPDM (sleeve).
The brine tank is made in polyethilene, complete with separation plate, float valve, protection pipe. The media filter includes a layer of food grade ion exchange resins, strong cation type, NaCl regenerated, supported by a layer of selected quartz-sand spheroidal type.

The unit is complete with pulse sender water meter with totalizer.

The electronic programmer, with backlighted display, visualizes all operating parameters of the system; a buffer circuit allow to save the memory even in the case of power failure. An ethernet port is available on the programmer, in order to monitor  the working form remote network.

Automatic start of the regeneration by delayed volume (volume/time).

During the regenration, the supply of (untreated) water is not allowed.

The programmer allows to select the regeneration also according to the following modes :

• Automatic start by volume (immediate starting by volume)
• Automatic start by time (number of hours of service)
• Automatic start by delayed time (number of hours of service/time)
• Automatic start by time schedule (day of week/time)
• Manual start (by pushing a button on the programmer)

The following features are also available (by mean of the terminal box of the programmer)

• controlling a chlorination system CL180i
• inhibiting the starting of regeneration, from remote
• receiving a signal of running service (free voltage contact)
• receiving a signal of running regeneration (free voltage contact)
