Automatic softener Nobel mod. AM/T-V , complete with coated carbon steel vessel; the internal lining is made with epoxy coated applied after sand blasting at the Sa3 of the Swedish scale; the external one in polyuretanic acid-proof painting applied after sand blasting as above.
The vessel is complete of man-holes, distribution system with a proper quantity of filter-nozzels made in polypropylene, for water distribution inside the filter.
The unit is supplied with control valve made in ABS, electronic computerized programmer, membrane valves made in cast-iron, brine tank made in polyethilene, complete with separation plate, float valve, protection pipe.
The media filter includes a layer of ion exchange resins, food grade, strong cation type, NaCl regenerated, supported by a layer of selected quartz-sand spheroidal type.
The unit is supplied complete with pulse sender water meter with totalizer (AM/V only).
The programmer allows the visualization of supplied volume of water and is c/w buffer battery to save the memory even in the case of power failure.
The electrical part works at a low tension (12V~) via a built-in transformer.
The unit is fully automatic with start of regeneration according to delayed volume of treated water (time/volume control). (AM/V only)
The programmer also allows to set the starting of regeneration according to the following modes:
automatic start by time schedule (number of hours of service, max 12 hours)
automatic start by time schedule (number of days of service, 0÷14 days)
manual command on site (push-button)
manual command by remote (contact available in the terminal board of the programmer)
The terminal board placed on the rear side of the programmer also allows:
Inhibiting the regeneration from remote
Reporting to remote a free voltage contact of starting of regeneration
